Don't miss this exciting weekend of hockey as we celebrate and honor our local community heroes!

Team USA, USA Hockey Arena and corporate sponsors are teaming up with the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency Region 9 VCAT and Fisher House Michigan for the 14th Annual Military & Veterans Appreciation Weekend dedicated to celebrating our local veterans, first responders, active military and their families.  

Team USA hosts Chicago Steel on Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22 for  Team USA's Appreciation Nights at USA Hockey Arena. We continue a very special tradition as we host a weekend of appreciation nights dedicated to our local heroes.  Our brave men and women who currently serve, are military veterans, first responders and their families receive free admission to either game along with enjoying a  large veteran resource fair,  food vouchers, family-fun activities for kids, special guests and recognition. Over 2,000 local heroes & family members attended last year. 

Players will wear unique USA Olympic-Inspired 2025 Military Jerseys. The jerseys will be auctioned online after the weekend on DASH Auction and proceeds will help local veterans through Fisher House and R9VCAT.

This year, heroes and family members received complimentary admission to the game and food vouchers through sponsor support.
