Don't miss this exciting weekend of hockey as we celebrate and honor our local community heroes!

Team USA, USA Hockey Arena and corporate sponsors are teaming up with the Michigan Veterans Region 9 VCAT and Region 10 VCAT for the 13th Annual Salute to Heroes Appreciation Weekend dedicated to celebrating our local veterans, first responders, active military and their families.  

Team USA hosts Cedar Rapids on Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16 for  Team USA's  Salute to Heroes Appreciation Nights at USA Hockey Arena. We continue a very special tradition as we host a weekend of appreciation nights dedicated to our local heroes.  Our brave men and women who currently serve, are military veterans, first responders and their families receive free admission to either game along with enjoying a  large veteran resource fair,  food vouchers, family-fun activities for kids, special guests and recognition. Over 1,800 local heroes & family members attended last year. 

Recently we proudly revealed our 2024 Commemorative Jerseys, designed by local veteran Michael Palmer. The jerseys will be auctioned online after the weekend on DASH Auction and proceeds will help local veterans in SE MI. 

This year, heroes and family members received complimentary admission to the game and food vouchers through sponsor support.
