The 2019 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge was held in Alberta, Canada  from Nov. 2-9, 2019 at the Canalta Centre and Innovation Credit Union iPLex.

The U.S. National Under-17 Team finished the preliminary round 2-0-1-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L) before defeating Finland, 8-4, in the quarterfinals and Canada, 7-3, in the semifinals. Team USA faced Russia in the Championship Game, but fell 6-2, to finish second at the tournament.
