U18s play last home game; U17s on the road

NTDP Notebook Week of March 26-April 1

USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program has a 71-27-0-3-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL-T) record after its games this past weekend.

The U.S. National Under-18 Team won its weekend series against the Chicago Steel with victories Friday, March 23, (5-4) in the shootout and Saturday, March 24 (8-4). The U.S. National Under-17 Team faced off against the Central Illinois Flying Aces in Bloomington, Illinois on Friday (Mar. 23) and Saturday (Mar 24.) The won 9-3 the first night and 4-2 on Saturday. The following day (Sunday, Mar. 25), the U17s traveled to Geneva, Illinois to take on the Chicago Steel, losing 9-6.

NTDP Notebook Week of March 26-April 1

This weekend, Team USA participates in a home-and-home against the Youngstown Phantoms. The U18s will play the Phantoms on Friday, March 30 at USA Hockey Arena at 7:05 p.m. EST. On Saturday, March 32, the U17s will travel to face off the Phantoms in their arena in Youngstown Ohio at 3:05 p.m. EST.

Overall Record: U18: 36-14-0-3 | U17: 35-13-0-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL)
Team USA USHL Record: 38-15-0-1 (W-L-OTL-SOL) with 77 PTS in 54 GP, 1st place in the the USHL
