U17s Host First Place Omaha and Muskegon; U18s Travel to Green Bay

NTDP Notebook Week of Feb. 26- March 4

USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 60-23-0-3-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL-T) record after both teams combined for a 3-0-0-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL) weekend in USHL play.

The U.S. National Under-18 started the weekend defeating Central Illinois, 4-1 Friday night (Feb. 23) before the Under-17 Team defeated them 7-4 on Saturday (Feb. 24) night. The U18s finished the weekend with a matinee game on Sunday (Feb. 25), defeating the Youngstown Phantoms (4-1).

The U17s play two games at home this weekend while the U18s are on the road. The U17s host the first-place Omaha Lancers on Saturday (March 3) at 7:05 p.m. ET and the Muskegon Lumberjacks on Sunday (March 4) at 2:05 p.m. ET.

The U18s travel to Green Bay to take on the Gamblers on Friday (March 2) and Saturday (March 3), both with 8 p.m. start times.

Overall Record: U18: 28-14-0-3 | U17: 32-9-0-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL)
Team USA USHL Record: 27-11-0-1 (W-L-OTL-SOL) with 55 PTS in 39 GP, In 1st place in the Eastern Conference
