USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 25-39-6-3 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the Under-18 Team swept their weekend games and the Under-17 Team dropped both of their away matchups. On Friday night, the U18s traveled to Cedar Rapids and beat the RoughRiders (W, 5-4, Jan. 23) in a comeback thriller. The following night the U18s defeated the Roughriders (W, 7-2, Jan. 24), and the U17s fell to the Youngstown Phantoms on Friday (L, 12-1, Jan. 23) and Saturday (L, 7-1, Jan. 24).
The U18s host the Youngstown Phantoms on Wednesday (12/28) at 10:30a.m. ET. in the NTDP's Annual Kids Day School Game and then welcome the Muskegon Lumberjacks on Friday (12/30) for Jack Eichel Bobblehead Night.
