USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 22-37-6-2 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the Under-18 Team split a pair of Kroger College Series games and the Under-17 Team fell in both of their games against Dubuque. On Friday night, the U18s hosted Adrian College and beat to the Bulldogs (W, 7-1, Jan. 9 ), scoring seven goals against an NCAA opponent for the first time since 2023. The following night, the U18s fell to Trine University (L, 2-0, Jan. 10).
The U17s dropped both of their road USHL games against the Fighting Saints, (L, 8-1, Jan. 9) and (L, 10-6, Jan. 10).
The Under-17 team opens up play this week for the NTDP as they travel to Youngstown, Ohio in a matchup with the Phantoms on Wednesday night (Jan. 14).
On Thursday, the draft-eligible U18s and the top USHL prospects will compete in the 2026 Chipotle All-American game at 7:00 p.m. ET.
NTDP return to regular USHL action at home this weekend as the U17s host the Green Bay at USA Hockey Arena, on Saturday (Jan. 17) and the U18s take on the Gamblers the following night, Sunday (Jan. 18).
