USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 15-31-3-1 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the Under-18 Team and the Under-17 Team dropped last week's games. The U18s fell to the CHL in the CHL-USA Prospects Challenge by a 2-0 series final, suffering a 6-1 loss on Tuesday (Nov. 26) in London and a 3-2 loss Wednesday (Nov. 27) in Oshawa. The U17s hosted Youngstown on Wednesday (Nov. 27) at USA Hockey Arena in an eventual 5-4 loss before a hard-fought 3-2 misfortune on Friday (Nov. 29) to Des Moines.
The U18s return to USA Hockey Arena this weekend as the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders come to town for a double-header with puck drop scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET on Friday (Dec. 6) and Saturday (Dec. 7). Saturday's slate features the annual Teddy Bear Toss Game as well as a visit from Santa and the opportunity to stay & skate with the team!
