Team USA looks to improve to 9-9-0-1 USHL play

NTDP Notebook Week of Nov. 27-Dec. 3

USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 21-13-3-3 (W-L-OTL-SOL) record after the U18s swept their pair of games and the U17s fell in their lone contest of the holiday weekend. On Wednesday night, the U18s hosted Adrian College and beat the Bulldogs (W, 13-1, Nov. 22). On Friday, the U18s defeated Stevenson University (W, 5-2, Nov. 24) at USA Hockey Arena, and the U17s fell in a tight contest against the Phantoms in Youngstown (L, 5-4, Nov. 24).

Both the U18s and U17s are on the road this weekend as the '06s travel to Omaha, Nebraska for a two game series against the Omaha Lancers on Friday night (Dec. 1) at 8:05 p.m. ET and Saturday (Dec. 2), at 7:05 p.m. ET at the Liberty First Credit Union Arena. The U17s play the Chicago Steel in a Sunday matinee (Dec. 3) at Fox Valley Ice Arena at 4:05 p.m. ET.

Overall Record: U18: 13-5-1-1 | U17: 8-8-2-2 (W-L-OTL-SOL)

Team USA USHL Record: 6-9-0-1 (W-L-OTL-SOL) with 13 PTS in 16 GP, 7th place in the Eastern Conference
