USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with an 8-6-0-0-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL-T) record after the U18s split their weekend games and the U17s earned their first weekend sweep. The U18s kicked off the weekend with a win over Des Moines (W, 4-1, Oct. 6) at USA Hockey Arena before falling to Western Michigan University (L, 9-4, Oct. 7) in the first game of the 2023-24 Kroger College Series. The U17s hit the road to New Hope, Minnesota, for back-to-back games against the Elite League All-Stars and skated to back-to-back wins on Saturday afternoon (W, 4-2, Oct. 7) and Sunday morning (W, 4-3, Oct. 8) at New Hope Ice Arena.
The U17s host the Sioux City Musketeers on Friday night (Oct. 13) at USA Hockey Arena at 7:00 p.m. ET and again on Saturday (Oct. 14) with a 7:00 p.m. ET puck drop. The U18s are on the road this weekend as they travel to Boston, Massachusetts, to face-off against the Boston University Terriers on Saturday night (Oct. 14) at 7:00 p.m. ET. The following night (Sunday, Oct. 15), the U18s take on Dartmouth College at 6:00 p.m. ET at the Thompson Arena in Hanover, New Hampshire.
