USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play this weekend with a 4-2-0-0-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL-T) record after the U18s swept their weekend games at the 2023 USHL Fall Showcase. On Saturday afternoon, they took down the Dubuque Fighting Saints in overtime (W, 6-5, Sept. 23) before downing the Omaha Lancers (W, 7-2, Sept. 24) the following day.

The NTDP is set for Welcome Back Weekend with a pair of USHL matchups against the Green Bay Gamblers. The U17 team kicks things off Friday (Sept. 29) at 7:00 p.m. ET., with the U18s back at USA Hockey Arena for their home opener Saturday (Sept. 30) at 7:00 p.m. ET. The U18s will open their weekend, however, with a tilt against the Muskegon Lumberjacks Friday morning (Sept. 29) at 10:30 a.m. ET, while the U17s will close the weekend Saturday evening (Sept. 30) in Youngstown, facing the Phantoms at 7:05 p.m. ET.
