USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program enters play the weekend with a combined 39-14-1-2-0 (W-L-OTL-SOL-T) after the U.S. National Under-18 Team split a weekend series against Arizona State while the U17s rallied from a deficit to earn a 6-4 win over the Muskegon Lumberjacks Saturday. The U18s downed the Sun Devils, 6-3, but dropped the series finale 2-1. The U17s came back from a 4-2 deficit in the third period to earn a hard-fought 6-4 victory over the Lumberjacks. Rutger McGroarty (Lincoln, Neb.) tallied two of Team USA's four third-period goals to lead the team to victory.

The U17s travel east for a trio of games against Division III schools Utica College and Elmira College, while the U18s are off ahead of next week's three-game weekend against USHL opponents.
