THE LAST DANCE: The Under-18 Team put on a show in its final game at USA Hockey Arena Sunday afternoon, topping the Green Bay Gamblers by a 10-1 final.

Nine different USA skaters scored, with forward Charlie Stramel (Rosemount, Minn.) being the lone player to net twice. Captain Rutger McGroarty (Lincoln, Neb.) collected a team-high four points on the afternoon, while Stramel and Isaac Howard (Hudson, Wis.) had three apiece and seven other USA skaters had multi-point efforts.

Cutter Gauthier (Scottsdale, Ariz.) netted his NTDP-leading 31st goal of the campaign, while Howard, McGroarty and Frank Nazar (Mount Clemens, Mich.) all found the back of the net for each of their 25th goals of the season.

Goaltender Tyler Muszelik (Long Valley, N.J.) was sturdy between the pipes, allowing a lone goal on 23 Gamblers attempts to extend his record to 21-5-2 on the season. The UNH commit has won eight of his last nine decisions and 12 of his last 14.

BETWEEN THE PIPES: After pitching his first ever NTDP shutout, U17 goaltender Trey Augustine (South Lyon, Mich.) was named USHL Goaltender of the Week for Week 26.

Augustine turned aside all 20 shots he saw against the Youngstown Phantoms in the U18s' 3-0 shutout on Friday evening.

The future Michigan Wolverine posted back-to-back wins in net for the second time this season and has now won four of his last five decisions.

Augustine's 2.93 GAA and .907 save percentage are tops amongs all NTDP netminders this season. In his two games with the Under-18 Team, he has elevated his play and stopped 53 of 53 total shots, good for an absurd .981 save percentage and 0.50 goals-against average.

BREAKING BARRIERS: A pair of U18 skaters are climbing the all-time program record books.

Forward Isaac Howard (Hudson, Wis.), who collected four points over the team's three-game weekend, has moved into 11th place in all-time NTDP scoring with 143 career points (58g-85a). With a point-per-game or better weekend, Howard will move ahead of Trevor Zegras (2017-19) and into the top-10 and Howard would have a chance to vault further ahead during the U18 Men's World Championship in Germany later this April.

Defenseman Lane Hutson (North Barrington, Ill.) has had an incredible season and averages over a point-per-game with 51 (10g-41a) in 49 games played.

The Boston University commit's 51 points already ranks as the fourth-best scoring season the NTDP has ever seen from a blueliner, and the 5-foot-8 defenseman looks to pass Quinn Hughes next, who recorded 53 points in the 2016-17 season.

Over his two-season NTDP career, Hutson's 83 total points (15g-68a) already ranks fifth all-time at the program and he is just three points behind Adam Fox (2014-16) for fourth place on the list.

U18 MWC: The IIHF released the official schedule for the 2022 IIHF Under-18 Men's World Championship in Landshut & Kaufbeuren, Germany from April 23 - May 1 earlier this week.

Team USA will begin pool play with a game against Canada on opening day, and is scheduled to see Czechia and host Germany in the round-robin portion of the tournament.

The tournament will only have eight participating teams instead of the usual 10 after Russia and Belarus were banned by the IIHF from tournaments until further notice, a response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

All eight teams will qualify for the quarterfinals, set to be played on Thursday, April 28.
