CHICAGO STEEL: The U.S. National Under-17 Team looks to snap a three-game losing streak when they host the Chicago Steel for a two-game series at USA Hockey Arena.

The two teams last squared off in November when the Steel narrowly edged the U17s, 5-4, in a shootout. Rutger McGroarty (Lincoln, Neb.) notched two goals and Logan Cooley (West Mifflin, Pa.) dished out a pair of assists in the loss.

Chicago enters the weekend atop the Eastern Conference with an 11-2-2-0 record. In addition, a trio of Chicago skaters in forwards Matt Coronato, Erik Middendorf and NTDP product Sean Farrell hold the top three spots in USHL scoring.

ADRIAN COLLEGE: The U.S. National Under-18 Team continues the 2020-21 Kroger College Series with a rematch against Adrian College on Sunday. The U18s faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, dropping a 5-3 contest on the road.

Andre Gasseau (Garden Grove, Calif.) and Tyler Boucher (Haddonfield, N.J) scored goals for the U.S. in the loss, and Kaidan Mbereko (Aspen, Colo.) made 30 saves in goal.

The Bulldogs are 2-4-0 this season, and most recently dropped a pair of contests against Lake Superior State in November.

BOWLING GREEN: Following their contest with the Bulldogs, the U18s continue the Kroger  College Series with a matchup against Bowling Green.

The U.S. last met the Falcons in November of the 2018-19 season against the 2001 birth-year U18s. Despite goals from NTDP alumni Cole Caufield, Owen Lindmark and Patrick Moynihan, the U.S. dropped a 5-4 decision to the Falcons after a late comeback.

The Falcons enter the contest with an 11-1-0 record, most recently downing Ferris State University in a pair of wins last weekend.
