The U17s will face the Chicago Steel for the first time during the 2018-19 season Saturday (Nov. 17) at USA Hockey Arena. The U17s will play the Steel four times throughout the campaign and the U18s will face the Steel for three games. The next game will be held between the U17s and Chicago on Dec. 29 at Fox Valley Ice Arena.

The Steel have recorded a 2-3-0-0 record in their past five games of USHL play. Chicago owns the No. 13 ranked offense and No. 15 ranked defense in the league, and its special teams units are each ranked No. 15, as well (PP: 16.7%; PK: 78.4%).

The U18s will meet the Omaha Lancers for the second time this season Friday (Nov. 16) at Ralston Arena. It marks the final matchup against the Lancers during the 2018-19 season. In the previous matchup, the U18s took home a 2-1 victory in the USHL Fall Classic. Cole Caufield (Stevens Point, Wis.) and Domenick Fensore (Thornwood, N.Y. ) scored for the U18s, and Spencer Knight (Darien, Conn. ) made 15 saves in the win.

The Lancers have a 2-3-0-0 record in their last five games played. The team’s offense is ranked No. 12 and defense is ranked No. 16 in the league, while its power play is No. 2 (29.2%) and its penalty kill is No. 15 (72.4%).

The U18s will close out their weekend schedule with their final 2018-19 matchup against the Dubuque Fighting Saints on Saturday (Nov. 17) at Mystique Community Ice Center. The U18s won their previous matchup with the Fighting Saints, 8-3, at USA Hockey Arena. Seven U18 skaters tallied goals in the victory: Case McCarthy (Clarence Center, N.Y.), Sean Farrell (Hopkinton, Mass.), Jack Hughes (Orlando, Fla.), Patrick Moynihan (Millis, Mass.), Caufield, Matthew Boldy (Millis, Mass.), and Trevor Zegras (Bedford, N.Y.).

The Fighting Saints have posted a 2-2-0-1 record in their past five games. Dubuque's offense ranks No. 6 and its defense at No. 13 in the league, while its power play ranks at No. 10 (20.0%) and its penalty kill is No. 14 (75.0%).
