Brock Bradley, Head Equipment Manager

Brock Bradley enters the 2023-24 season, his 23rd season with USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program, as equipment manager for the U.S. National Under-17 Team. He completed his 1,000th game with the NTDP on March 12, 2017.

 His extensive service has included five gold medals (2002, 2006, 2010, 2012, 2014), three silver (2004, 2018, 2022) and two bronze (2008, 2016) at the International Ice Hockey Federation Men’s Under-18 World Championship while with Team USA. With the U.S. at the World Under-17 Challenge, Bradley has seen one first-place finish (2023), two second-place finishes (2011, 2014) and two third-place showings (2009, 2013).

The West Stockholm, New York, native’s experience with USA Hockey also includes serving as equipment manager with Team USA at the 2022 IIHF World Championship in addition to four stints with the U.S. National Junior Team at the IIHF World Junior championship (2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2017), including the gold medal-winning 2010 squad. 

Prior to joining the NTDP, Bradley was a student equipment manager for Clarkson University’s men’s ice hockey team for four seasons. He earned a civil engineering degree from Clarkson in 2001.

Jake Visser, Equipment Manager

Jake Visser enters his 14th season with USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and will work as the equipment manager for the U.S. National Under-17 Team in 2023-24. His stint has included four gold medals (2011, 2015, 2017, 2023) and one silver medal (2013) at the International Ice Hockey Federation Men’s Under-18 World Championship, as well as one gold medal (2021) at the World Para Ice Hockey Championship. At the signature event for the U.S. National Under-17 Team, the World Under-17 Challenge, Visser has seen one first-place finish (January 2014) and one second-place finish (2012).

The Grand Rapids, Michigan, native has also served as equipment manager for the U.S. National Junior Team twice, (2015, 2019), the U.S. Under-18 Men's National Team (2021, 2019, 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011), the U.S. Under-17 Select Teams (2011, 2013), and the U.S. Under-18 Select Teams at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament (2016-17). 

Prior to his time with the NTDP, Visser worked as the assistant equipment manager for the Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League for three seasons (2007-10).
