WE'RE GOING STREAKING: U18 forward Richard Gallant (Concord, Mass.) was one of two USA skaters to record points in all four games of the U18 Five Nations last week as he extended his career-long point streak to seven consecutive games.

Gallant's streak started back on October 19 with a goal at Boston College and he followed with goals at the University of Michigan and Adrian before heading to international play. The Harvard University commit ended the Five Nations with a career-high three-point finish against Switzerland, netting a goal and adding a pair of assists.

Gallant has nine total points (5G-4A) over his seven-game streak and now ranks t-2nd on the U18s in scoring with 13 points (7G-6A) in 18 games.

The other U18 to record points in all four international matchups was Conrad Fondrk (White Bear Lake, Minn.), who produced eight points (2G-6A) across the four games, including a season-high three-point game against Finland, where he was named U.S. Player of the Game.

Fondrk now has seven points in his last three contests, all multi-point efforts, and has climbed to the t-2nd mark on the team in points with his 13 (4G-9A) in 18 games played.

ALL-STAR: After the conclusion of the 2024 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge, U17 forward Victor Plante (Hermantown, Minn.) was named to the tournament's All-Star Team.

The University of Minnesota Duluth commit led the tournament with seven assists and was tied for first with nine total points in five games played. He collected points in all five contests, including three games with multiple points and a season-high three against Finland.

With the impressive week in Sarnia, Plante now leads the Under-17 Team in scoring with 18 points (7G-11A) in 20 games played and heads into the weekend on a six-game point streak.

INTERNATIONAL LOVE: Under-18 Team forward Jacob Kvasnicka (Wayzata, Minn.) matched a career-high with a five-point output in the team's 6-1 win over Czechia at the U18 Five Nations last week.

The future Minnesota Golden Gopher opened the game's scoring in the first period, added assists on the next two Team USA scores in the second, fed Charlie Trethewey (Woodbine, Md.) for a score early in the third period and then capped the scoring with just eight seconds to play in regulation for his first multi-goal game of the season.

Kvasnicka's other five-point output in his NTDP career was also on the international stage at last year's World U17 Hockey Challenge, where he put up five points (3G-2A) in a 10-2 win over Czechia.
