ST. LAWRENCE SAINTS: St. Lawrence enters the weekend with just a 5-10-1 record, but are winners of two straight after winning ECAC battles against Dartmouth (3-1) and Harvard (2-0) last weekend.

Latvian forward Felikss Gavars leads the Saints with eight goals and 12 points on the season, while Tomas Mazura has pitched in 10 points (3g-7a) in his 14 games played.

From the blue line, Mason Waite's nine helpers leads the team in assists and he sits tied with Mazura for second place on the team with 10 points (1g-9a).

Goaltender Ben Kraws has started 14 of 16 games for the Saints and he's played to a 5-9-1 record, 2.66 GAA and .915 SV%. He comes in off his best performance at St. Lawrence, a 28-save shutout over Harvard that included 14 stops in the third period.

The Saints and NTDP have matched up just one time previously in program history, a 3-2 win for St. Lawrence all the way back on November 3, 2004.

CLARKSON GOLDEN KNIGHTS: The U18s round up the NCAA weekend pair in upstate New York to take on the Clarkson Golden Knights for the fifth time in program history. Clarkson holds a 2-1-1 advantage in the series, but the NTDP won the most recent matchup, 6-2, on October 28, 2006.

The Golden Knights come in with a 7-5-1 record on the season and will play Stonehill College on Friday night before Team USA on Saturday. Clarkson is winners of five straight games, all in ECAC conference play, with victories over Union (4-1), Brown (3-2 OT), Yale (2-1), Harvard (3-0) and Dartmouth (3-2 SO).

Sophomore forward Ryan Taylor tops the team with five goals and eight points on the season. Four forwards, including Ayrton Martino, Eric Ciccolini, Anthony Romano and Matheiu Goseelin have all pitched in six points apiece.

Goaltender Austin Roden, a Providence College transfer, has taken the bulk of the playing time in net, starting 10 of the Golden Knights' 13 games. He has put up a 6-3-1 record with a miniscule 1.89 GAA and .931 SV%.
