PLAYER OF THE WEEK: U17 forward Cole Eiserman (Newburyport, Mass.) recorded three goals and two assists last weekend against Youngstown to be named the USHL's Forward of the Week for Week 15.

The University of Minnesota commit assisted on the game's opening goal Friday night and added his own marker to tie the game at 2-2 midway through the middle period.

On Saturday, Eiserman assisted on Sam Laurila's (Moorhead, Minn.) first career NTDP goal before adding a pair of power-play scores to complete his five-point weekend.

Eiserman has produced 19 points (11g-8a) in 15 USHL games as a rookie this season and has potted 33 goals in 31 games, with 54 total points on the season for the U17s.

BIOSTEEL ALL-AMERICAN GAME: USA Hockey Arena will host the 2023 BioSteel All-American Game on Monday, January 16 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Mike Garman (Vail, Colo.), head coach and general manager of the USHL’s Chicago Steel, will serve as head coach for Team Blue, while Nick Oliver (Wannaska, Minn.), head coach of the USHL’s Fargo Force, will be the head coach for Team White.

The BioSteel All-American Game features the top American-born prospects eligible for the upcoming NHL Draft. The annual event, which began in 2012, has seen 265 players that have gone on to be drafted, including 58 first round picks.

In last year's game, Damien Carfagna (Green Bay Gamblers/Wood Ridge, N.J.) netted the game-winning goal in overtime with help from Jack Harvey (Chicago Steel/Stacy,Minn.) as Team Blue came back from a two-goal deficit to defeat Team White, 4-3, in overtime. NTDP forward Rutger McGroarty, with two points on the night, was named the game's MVP.
