NTDP Announces College Six Pack Ticket Option

Michigan, Michigan State Among Opponents Coming To USA Hockey Arena

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - The U.S. National Under-18 Team, part of USA Hockey's National Team Development Program, will face six college opponents at USA Hockey Arena in 2017-18, including Michigan, Michigan State, Ferris State, Miami, Adrian and Utica, and fans can take advantage of a special College Six Pack ticket option that was unveiled today.

"We are excited to have a great college hockey schedule at USA Hockey Arena," said Scott Monaghan, senior director of operations for the NTDP. "The College Six Pack gives fans a chance to see some of the best college hockey teams in the U.S. at a great price."

The U18s first collegiate game will come at home against Miami on Friday, Oct. 13. The Redhawks have advanced to the NCAA tournament 12 times, including in seven of the past 10 campaigns.

Nine-time NCAA champion Michigan is one of three Michigan-based Division I opponents that will visit USA Hockey Arena, with the U18s match-up against the Wolverines set for Saturday, Dec. 2. Three-time NCAA champion Michigan State University visits USA Hockey Arena on Saturday, Dec. 16, while 2012 national runner-up Ferris State University will be in Plymouth to face the U18s on Tuesday, Jan. 2.

The package also includes two games against Division III opponents.

Defending NCHA Peters Cup regular-season champion Adrian College will make its second appearance at USA Hockey Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 22, while Utica College will make its first trip to Plymouth on Sunday, Jan. 7.

As a bonus, fans who purchase the College Six Pack will receive tickets to one NTDP home game of their choice in the month of February.

In addition, single game tickets for all 36 NTDP home contests will go on sale Friday, Aug. 25, at 10 a.m. ET at the Arena box office and online at USAHockeyNTDP.com/Tix.

NOTES: In 2017-18, the Under-18 Team will play a total of 15 NCAA teams, including 11 Division I teams and three Division III teams during the 2017-18 season ... The U18s open preseason play with a matchup against the Minnesota Wilderness of the North American Hockey League on Saturday, September 16, at 7 p.m. ET at USA Hockey Arena.
