U.S. National Under-18 Team goaltender Dylan St. Cyr (Northville, Mich.) was named the CCM USHL Goaltender of the Week after allowing just three goals in two victories last weekend, the United States Hockey League announced Monday evening.

This is St. Cyr's second Goaltender of the Week Honor this season.

In his two starts last week, St. Cyr backstopped Team USA to a pair of victories against the Green Bay Gamblers at USA Hockey Arena.

On Friday, St. Cyr allowed one goal and made 24 saves. He also was credited with an assist after launching a soaring stretch pass from behind the goal line to forward Brady Tkachuk (St. Louis, Mo.), who was stationed at the Green Bay blue line. Josh Norris (Oxford, Mich.) finished the play with a one time shot from the right slot off a Tkachuk saucer pass.

On Saturday, St. Cyr stopped 33 of 35 shots en route to his 16th overall victory overall and eighth USHL victory.

His record in USHL matches now stands at 8-2-1-0 on the season. The University of Michigan commit's 2.28 goals-against average and .917 save percentage rank in the top ten among qualifying USHL goaltenders.

Dubuque's Zach Solow the earned CCM/USHL Forward of the Week honors and Muskegon's defenseman Marc Del Gaizo earned the CCM/USHL Defenseman of the Week Award.

The U18s are back in action on Friday, Jan. 20 when they travel to Cedar Rapids for a matchup with the Roughriders at 8:05 p.m. ET. They return to USA Hockey Arena on Friday, Jan. 27 to host the Tri-City Storm at 7 p.m. ET for Teacher Appreciation Night. Tickets are available at USAHockeyArena.com.
